Looking for Sr. Retoucher
Mud Studios is today a company with over 30 employees and we are further expanding the company and looking for
new colleagues. The company was founded in 2014 as a retouching studio and was later developed in to becoming a
360° production company. Our passion is fashion and advertising and we work with some of the top photographers
and fashion houses in Sweden and internationally.
We provide services such as retouching, photography, animation, 3D, editing & grading, consultation and on set
Who we are looking for
You will be a part of our retouching team at our Head Office (Sankt Eriksgatan 63) and focus on our premium
campaigns. Your role is an important part of Mud’s future and way to meet our goals and visions. You like to work in
teams and want to be a vital component of the company. We see that you are quality conscious, structured and
service-oriented. You like development both in terms of yourself, your colleagues and the company. We are looking for
you who are driven, self-propelled and enjoying a company that is constantly developing. As the work load varies, you
should enjoy a flexible role with regular work peaks. Because we are working with both Swedish and foreign
customers, you can express yourself well in speech and writing, even in English. We are looking for a person who is
susceptible to feedback and changes at the last minute.

Responsibility for deliveries on time.
Constantly develop and streamline our production.
Work to develop flows and structures to optimize, streamline and quality assure work.
Customer contact and therefore important that you are a service-oriented person.
Take creative decisions on an image basis under your own responsibility.
Work for long term working conditions both physically and mentally.
Managing and refining creative concepts.
You have a great habit of adding look, coloring, comping and compiling retouch.
The role requires at least two years of vocational college or equivalent work experience and that you have worked for
at least three years as an employed alternative freelance with own customer responsibility.
You have a good understanding of the industry as a whole.
Is quality conscious, accurate and efficient.
Meriting knowledge in production management.
Good habit of working in the Mac environment.
Works unobtrusively with English-speaking customers.
Good understanding of color profiles, calibration & proofing

Salary: Fixed salary by arrangement
