We are looking for
An everyday hero to make clients and visitors feel happy and right at home at our amazing studio-and office space, as well as acing everyday office tasks.
You’ll work in close collaboration with the Production team consisting of photographers and a producer, as well as a large network of creatives and freelancers.
That means managing incoming studio-and online suite bookings, booking studio-and tech equipment, catering for production etc. You’ll be communicating with clients about scheduling, services and solutions that we offer in the studio.
You will also be tending to the office and helping colleagues. Admin such as couriers, deliveries and orders, telephone, ordering and inventory of office and kitchen supplies, and similar.
We believe you’re an outstanding social and solution-oriented multitasker, comfortable in communicating in English as well as Swedish, owning responsibilities and having a bird’s eye view on things. What we want is someone to sparkle some everyday MUD-magic to help things run smoothly.
If you know the best place to cater for parties, who to call when someone is stuck in traffic, what client loves their coffee with a certain brand of biscotti that’s no bad thing. Experience and interest in photography and fashion is a perk for us!
About the Company
Mud is a creative production and post-house with worldwide production experience.
With roots in fashion and advertising we work both in large scale productions and more compact projects. We lodge a large team of creatives within photography, film and motion, post-production, project management and more. Our focus is to be flexible as we offer a large range of services, clients are welcome to cherry-pick the services they need.
